1. Information We Collect
LexCore processes account information (names, corporate email addresses, billing metadata) and customer content (contracts, draft agreements, precedent clauses and playbook rules) uploaded to your tenant. Customer content is isolated per tenant and encrypted at rest using AES-256.
2. Use of Customer Data
Customer documents are processed exclusively to provide contract review, citation matching, redlining and audit logging. We do not use customer documents to train, fine-tune or evaluate models, whether owned by LexCore or third-party inference providers.
3. Data Residency & Sovereignty
Tenants on the Quality Tier have document analysis processed in isolated container environments in accordance with our sub-processor registry. Tenants on the Sovereignty Tier execute model inference entirely on local or dedicated customer infrastructure, ensuring zero egress of document text.
