Whitelabel: your firm's brand, not ours
Put your firm's name, colours and logo across the application, its emails, and the files it produces.
On a sovereign install, LexCore can be invisible. Your people see your firm's identity, and so does anyone you send a document or a notification to.

Set once in a configuration file shipped with your install, so your identity is correct on the very first page load — before anyone signs in to configure anything. An administrator can then change it in-app at any time.
Your confidentiality wording, not ours
The default email footer marks mail as confidential and privileged, and notes that the data is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. It states handling, not certification — we do not assert compliance on your behalf. If your firm practises elsewhere, replace it with your own wording: a confidentiality notice on your mail should say what is true for your jurisdiction.
Colours must be hex values and logos must be hosted on your own instance or over HTTPS. That is deliberate: these values are rendered in your users' browsers and in your clients' email clients, so the accepted formats are kept narrow.
