A board portal for company secretaries: directors, board packs with read receipts, meeting RSVPs, resolutions with e-signature, and statutory filing tracking.
Beyond contracts, LexCore includes a governance, risk & compliance (GRC) module — a board portal built for company secretaries and in-house teams. Everything is tenant-scoped like the rest of the platform, so one organisation's board records are never visible to another.
Board meetings & packs
- Directors — maintain the board's composition; invitations and notifications are scoped to active directors.
- Board packs — publish papers per meeting; each is released individually (never gated on the whole pack) and carries read receipts so you can see which directors have opened it.
- RSVPs — invite directors to a meeting and track attendance (accepted / declined / tentative / pending).
- Calendar feed — a read-only ICS subscription so directors can add board meetings to Google or Outlook.
- Notifications — board events (a paper published, a resolution opened, signed, or passed) fan out to each director's in-app inbox and, where configured, to email, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, or Google Chat.
Resolutions, comments & filings
- Resolutions — circulate a resolution and collect director e-signatures through an opened → signed → passed lifecycle, with an audit trail.
- Comments — directors discuss papers and resolutions in context.
- Statutory filings & licences — track regulatory filings and licence renewals (relevant to Nigerian regulators such as CAC, SEC, CBN), so deadlines don't slip.
