Playbooks
Encode your firm's positions — gold-standard, tiered fallbacks, and guidance — so every review is judged against your standards.
A playbook is your firm's negotiating position, made machine-usable. For each clause type you set a policy position, tiered fallbacks, and a guidance note for the reviewing lawyer.
- Tier 1 fallbacks are pre-approved; Tier 2 fallbacks require sign-off — so the review knows what it may concede automatically and what needs a human.
- Playbooks are versioned, and the version used is snapshotted into each review's audit trail — so you can always answer "which standard did we apply?".
- Attach a playbook when running a review to judge each clause against your positions rather than generic best practice.
